2nd Annual Washer Tournament

The 2nd Annual Washer Tournament in Memory of Ryan Anderson was a HUGE success! There was a motor cycle ride added to the event this year. We can not thank everyone enough for the huge so of support for Camp Rainbow. We are happy to announce that we raised $7,200 for Camp Rainbow. Funds from last year's event went to purchasing brand new life jackets for camp. The camp board will soon meet to vote on what the funds from this years tournament will fund.

We're excited to announce the details for our 2nd annual washer tournament in memory of Ryan Anderson. Ryan's family puts this tournament on to benefit Camp Rainbow. We're so thankful to them for doing this. Last year was such a huge success, we're looking forward to this year!!

Session 2

Our second session of campers were just as great as the first! And our staff all did a fantastic job with the second group!

We want to thank everyone that volunteered this year at camp. We couldn't do it without all the people that are willing to give up a week of their time so these campers can enjoy a few days away! We also want to thank those local businesses that were willing to donate products and help make camp happen!

Session 1

We had a hot, but wonderful first session! We all stayed cool with water games and time at the lake! Here's a few pictures from all the fun we had with our first session of campers! 

We always enjoy when the department of conservation comes out and brings a few guests!

Another Wonderful Year!

We had an amazing week at Camp Rainbow 2012! We had such an amazing group of volunteers! The campers had such fun and everything ran smoothly! We'll post more pictures of the week soon.

We can't thank all of our volunteers enough! We couldn't do it without you guys!!

Only 17 Days until Camp Rainbow!!

We are getting so close to Camp 2012! We are excited to be having a cabin decorating contest between all of the cabins this year! Remember, the theme is Hawaiian Luau, so start planning how you want to decorate now! You can bring any decorations or costumes you think will help your cabin win! There will be a GREAT prize in store!! So start planning and preparing for another fantastic year!!

Camp Applications

Just a reminder that all camp applications are due this week! Also, remember that even if you usually attend camp; we can not hold you a spot without your application. Applications are accepted on a first come first serve basis, and we don't want you to miss out so send them in soon!!

We're excited to announce that we are having a fundraiser for Camp Rainbow through Thirty-One. Natasha Elmond was generous enough to do this for us and we can't thank her enough! Camper and volunteer applications were sent out this week! Be watching for them in the mail. Get them back as soon as you can so you secure your spot! Just a reminder--we can not hold your spot unless we recieve your application!!

Camp 2012 Theme

We're busy planning and preparing for another fantastic year at camp!! We wanted to let everyone know that the theme for Camp will be Hawiain Luau! So if you are attending camp, start collecting decorations for your cabin now!!

Applications will be out soon as well. Be sure to email us if you have had an address change, or you are interested in volunteering with us. We look forward to seeing you all soon!!

Camp Rainbow 2012

It's never too early to make your summer plans! Mark your calendars--Camp Rainow 2012 will be June 17-23! We're busy planning and looking forward to another amazing year!! If you are interested in volunteering at camp or sending a camper please make sure you are on our mailing list. You can submit your address to camp.rainbow.trenton@gmail.com. The applications are usually sent out in April.
